We absolutely loved our stay at Panorama Hotel. This was our first visit to Bulgaria, and since our flight arrived quite late—landing at 3 a.m.—we were initially worried about late check-in. However, the communication with the hotel was excellent. They reassured us that we could arrive at any time since the reception is open 24 hours. The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was amazing—so friendly and helpful! She even assisted us with booking a taxi for our departure. The service throughout our stay was truly fantastic. Breakfast was a highlight for us. We particularly enjoyed the homemade honey, yogurt, cakes, and the delicious Banitsa—it was all incredibly tasty! The coffee was excellent as well. A very kind gentleman in the dining room ensured all the guests were looked after, which added a warm and welcoming touch. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a stunning view of the sea—such a treat to wake up to that every morning. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in, and I especially loved the pillows!! The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the center of Varna. There’s also a convenient little supermarket nearby, as well as the fascinating Roman bath ruins—so much to explore within walking distance. Don’t miss a stroll through the beautiful Sea Garden nearby; it’s a lovely way to spend an afternoon. One unique experience during our walks was seeing so many adorable cats around. We noticed many kind locals feeding and playing with them. If you’re an animal lover, consider packing a little food for them—they’ll appreciate it! We’re already planning to return to Varna early next year, and we can’t wait to book this wonderful hotel again for our stay. Highly recommended

Fantastic location and friendly staff. Our upgraded room was truly superb. Spectacular views of the sea from two separate glass doors onto balcony. Lots of space with large sofa and desk for working, and very warm on a cold day. The lobby bar was comfortable and well arranged for a chat over coffee or a glass of wine. And maybe most impressive of all was the buffet breakfast, which was the best I have ever had. Not only because of the huge choice , but also because so many of the choices were local specialities and home made. Thanks so much to the chef, and all the staff, for their work to ensure this hotel really can claim to be ‘the’ place to stay in Varna.

The room overlooks the sea and the main street, yet noise was minimal. Valet parking was convenient and efficient. The breakfast selection was excellent. One minor suggestion would be to include a cappuccino machine, as the current coffee machine lacks this option. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we inadvertently left our toiletries bag behind, they promptly arranged for it to be sent to us by courier, which we greatly appreciated.

Very comfortable beds and nice linings. When booking I asked for the room with balcony and we got it (however the balcony is common for 3 rooms with only 2 chairs there). We were allowed to leave our baggage on the check our day and take a shower on the sauna room. Rooms with sea view have really amazing view (we didn’t have a sea view room).

I arrived in the late evening and the sea with moon reflections was just beatiful, as well as the dawn and morning walk along the sea shore. The brakfast was very good although some picky guests could expect a bit more. The reception staff was friendly and pleasant in communication. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much!
